With the goal of creating meaningful experiences that expand our community, 7 Adams is proud to announce our 2026 Dinner Series, Meet Us in San Francisco, powered by Resy.

Throughout 2026, Chefs David and Serena Fisher will welcome guest chefs from Michelin-starred kitchens across the country to collaborate on special dinners at 7 Adams. Traveling from New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., these two-night collaborations will feature a unique six-course menu, including dueling canapés, alternating savory courses, and dessert.

 

Ten percent of all proceeds will benefit City Hope SF.

Chef Jassimran Singh
Since arriving at Crown Shy, Chef Singh has helped redefine New York City’s dining scene. Within just six months as culinary director, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star—an accolade it has held every year since. Crown Shy has gone on to earn national acclaim, including recognition from The New York Times as one of the Best Restaurants in New York City and a spot on Robb Report’s 100 Greatest Restaurants of the 21st Century.

Chef Max Boonthanakit
Atlanta native Chef Max Boonthanakit began cooking at home before training at the Culinary Institute of America. He worked under Chef José Andrés at The Bazaar and refined his craft at Ink., République, and Michelin-starred Kato. As Chef de Cuisine of Nightshade, he earned Eater Young Guns recognition for his innovation and leadership. He later joined Alain Ducasse’s Michelin-starred Blue in Bangkok as Head Pastry Chef. Now Co-Executive Chef of Camphor in DTLA—recipient of a Michelin star—Boonthanakit brings a clean, light, globally inspired approach to modern French bistro cuisine.

What is the Meet Us In San Francisco Guest Chef Dinner?
Our Guest Chef Dinner is a collaborative tasting menu featuring visiting chefs from Michelin-starred kitchens. Chefs David and Serena Fisher have invited some of their favorite fellow chefs from around the country to celebrate shared creativity, technique, and hospitality in our kitchen.

 

How much does the dinner cost?
The menu is priced at $175 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Ten percent of all proceeds will be donated to City Hope SF.

Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?

The Meet Us in San Francisco dinner series may not be suitable for those with highly restrictive diets, as we are unable to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. At this time, we are unable to accommodate vegetarians or vegans for these dinners. Due to the collaborative nature of these events, the full menu will not be available in advance of each dinner, and a full list of accommodations will be provided upon the release of each event’s menu and ticketing. 
 

How long is the dining experience? 
Guests should allow 2 hours to 2.5 hours, depending on the party size, for their dining experience. We offer two seating times for our counter each evening.

 

Can we book a table for more than four guests?
At this time, we are not accepting reservations for parties larger than four. Larger groups may reach out directly to inquire about availability.

 

Is a credit card required to reserve?
Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance through Resy to avoid being charged.
