With the goal of creating meaningful experiences that expand our community, 7 Adams is proud to announce our 2026 Dinner Series, Meet Us in San Francisco, powered by Resy.

Throughout 2026, Chefs David and Serena Fisher will welcome guest chefs from Michelin-starred kitchens across the country to collaborate on special dinners at 7 Adams. Traveling from New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., these two-night collaborations will feature a unique six-course menu, including dueling canapés, alternating savory courses, and dessert.

 

Ten percent of all proceeds will benefit City Hope SF.

Jassimran Singh

Crown Shy, NYC

Chef Jassimran Singh was born in New Delhi, India. In 2006, he moved to Melbourne, Australia, where he studied culinary arts at Holmes College. After graduating, he worked in the kitchens at Maze by Gordon Ramsay and No. 8 by John Lawson at Crown. In 2014, Jassimran relocated to New York City, where he was hired as a sous chef at The NoMad, working under then–Executive Chef Jamal James Kent. In 2018, Kent selected Jassimran to lead the kitchen at Crown Shy as chef de cuisine. He later oversaw the kitchens at both Crown Shy and Saga as the restaurants' culinary director at 70 Pine, before being elevated to the role of chef partner at Crown Shy.

What is the Meet Us In San Francisco Guest Chef Dinner?
Our Guest Chef Dinner is a collaborative tasting menu featuring visiting chefs from Michelin-starred kitchens. Chefs David and Serena Fisher have invited some of their favorite fellow chefs from around the country to celebrate shared creativity, technique, and hospitality in our kitchen.

 

How much does the dinner cost?
The menu is priced at $175 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Ten percent of all proceeds will be donated to City Hope SF.

Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?

Due to the highly curated nature of this menu, we are unable to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. The menu may include chicken or other meats, depending on the final selections of the guest chef. Due to the collaborative nature of the event, the full menu will not be available in advance. We recommend contacting the restaurant before booking with any questions. 

 

How long is the dining experience? 
Guests should allow 2 hours to 2.5 hours, depending on the party size, for their dining experience. We offer two seating times for our counter each evening.

 

Can we book a table for more than four guests?
At this time, we are not accepting reservations for parties larger than four. Larger groups may reach out directly to inquire about availability.

 

Is a credit card required to reserve?
Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance through Resy to avoid being charged.

Meet us in San Francisco is proud to support City Hope SF. 10% of all proceeds from the event will go toward helping City Hope build relationships, decrease isolation, and connect vulnerable Tenderloin neighbors to community resources.
