Culinary Offerings

At 7 Adams, we offer 3 distinct menu experiences, detailed below, to feature a wide variety of California’s best seasonal offerings. With notice, we are happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. You can read about them here.

5-Course Tasting Menu

Our nightly, 5-course tasting menu is updated seasonally, with new featured ingredients as the weather permits. The nightly menu may vary slightly from our online menu due to ingredient availability. Please see our FAQ page for information on dietary accomodations.

7 at 7 Tasting Menu

Our 7-course tasting menu is available nightly in our dining room, offering all the current favorites from our seasonal menu. It's perfect for guests seeking to enhance our standard 5-course experience.

Dietary Restrictions

Chef's Counter

Take part in our unique dining experience and join us at the Chef's Counter. With only 6 seats available each night, you will get to enjoy a hyper-seasonal, detailed expression of the Fishers' culinary talent. The menu changes often and ranges from 8 to 10 courses, lasting approximately 2.5 hours. With no choices and limited accommodations, you truly are in the chef's hands with this menu.

Dietary Restrictions

 

A note about booking: Chef 's counter booking is only available at 6:30 pm. The reservations open on the same schedule as our dining room reservations. You may book using Resy and look for the table type indication "Chef's Counter." 

Beverage Program

We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, beers and zero-proof beverages available to accompany your meal. Currently we offer a wine pairing for our chef's counter, but not our standard 5 course menu. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 bottles of corkage for a fee of $35 for the first 750ml, and $60 for the second 750ml.

A note on dietary restrictions

Our standard 5 Course menu attempts to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. We can meet common needs such as vegetarian, pescatarian, or gluten-free, but combinations of restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, no dairy, AND no mushrooms) are difficult without advance notice (not upon arrival). 

 

At this time, we are unable to provide a vegan offering or a menu that is completely free of allium or any fermented ingredients (such as vinegar).

About Surcharge Fees
We include a 6% surcharge per guest to cover San Francisco employer mandates, including healthcare, social security, commuter benefits, and minimum wage ordinances. All parties are subject to a 20% service charge, rather than a discretionary tip. Our staff does not accept or encourage gratuities in the form of additional tips.
